In 2009 the Menachem Education Foundation founded the Principal Leadership Program to develop Jewish Day Schools principals’ leadership skills.

The Principal Leadership Program is a one-year program for principals of Jewish schools, which provides training in transformational and instructional skills. This program, designed, orchestrated and led by the NYC Leadership Academy, gives principals the necessary skills to spearhead educational improvements in their schools.

In 2010, MEF contracted the NYC Leadership Academy to train Jewish school leaders to work alongside with them in designing and facilitating these transformational programs.
