Rabbi Yossi Rosenblum, Principal of Yeshiva Schools of Pittsburgh, is leading a team of educators working on this project.

Rabbi Rosenblum was responsible for refining the standards for first through third grade Chumash, and developing year end and interim assessments for those standards. This phase of the project was completed by the middle of August 2011 to allow time for participating schools to familiarize themselves with the system.

Additionally, Rabbi Rosenblum will continue to develop standards and assessment for Chumash and Gemara for all grades.

Rabbi Mendy Greenbaum, Principal of Cheder Menacham Boys School in Los Angeles, is assisting Rabbi Yossi Rosenblum assisting year end and interim assesmenets.

Rabbi Meir Perelstein, Principal of Yeshiva Darchei Menachem in Crown Heights is helping with coordinating work between participating schools.

Support for this project at an advisory level is being provided by Mr. Norman Atkins, CEO of Teacher U and former CEO of Uncommon Schools. This project has gained the approval and blessings of prominent rabbonim and educators such as, Dr. Hershel Fried.

The Menachem Education Foundation seeks partners—who desire to see real change and improvement in Jewish education—to help fund and advise this project.
